Polenghi Food Focuses on a Sustainable Supply Chain: €100 Million in Lemon Revenue

In 2023, Polenghi Food recorded a turnover of €100 million. The company is investing in a sustainable supply chain through its organic lemon juice project from the Fondo Spinagallo estate in Syracuse, developed in collaboration with the Campisi family growers and juice producer Simone Gatto (using the traditional birillatura method). The brand’s green commitment also includes the use of solar panels and recycled PET bottles.
