Polenghi Spinagallo lemon juice is made exclusively from lemons grown on the Spinagallo Estate in Syracuse, Sicily, and the fund’s lemons are used solely to produce Polenghi Spinagallo.

The Spinagallo Fund
The Spinagallo Fund is the birthplace of the Femminello Siracusano: an expanse of lemon groves stretching from the coast to the inland areas, where the ideal climate creates the perfect conditions for growing a lemon variety that is unique in the world.
Organic Agricolture
All farming on the Spinagallo Estate is organic. No pesticides or chemical agents are used at any stage of cultivation, during post-harvest processing or in the early stages of the plant’s life.

Spinagallo is built on an ethical supply chain in which grower, juice producer and bottler are committed to respecting the environment and everyone involved throughout the production process.
All the plants in the Spinagallo Fund’s lemon groves are native, and no grafting material is sourced externally.
